The concept behind ITC SRA's mini sangeet sammelans was to take music to far flung small towns. What was unique about it was that in the early days, it involved a "Travelling Bus". Bundled into this bus and travelling great distances actoss the country were a bunch of great musicans, the ITC SRA team and accompanists, set on spreading listenership of Hindustani Classical Music.
