2015 - 2016

Anagha Bhat

We are proud to announce that our scholar Anagha Bhat has been awarded with The Inlaks India music award of fellowship (2015) for Hindustani Raag Sangeet. This is awarded by the Inlaks India Foundation,Mumbai,and is intended to identify and support talented vocal musicians in their formative years to further their creative pursuits.
Congratulations Anagha!  


2014 - 2015

Mallar Rakshit

Mallar has recently earned his Masters’ degrees in instrumental music from the Rabindra Bharati University where he topped his class with a first class first and won a gold medal. Congratulations Mallar!




2013 - 2014

Brajeswar Mukherjee

Brajeswar, who made a transition to Musician Scholar, he has been now appointed as Musician Tutor of the Academy as of August 2013. Many Congratulations Brajeswar!!


Saket Sahu

Congratulations to Saket who has now become a Musician Scholar of the Academy!


Sameehan U. Kashalkar

Abir Hossain

Previously a Musician Scholar, Abir has been appointed as Musician Tutor of the Academy as of June 2012. Congratulations Abir!


Arshad Ali Khan

Along with Abir, Arshad too has made the transition to Musician Tutor of ITC SRA. Congratulations Arshad!


Brajeswar Mukherjee

Congratulations to Brajeswar who has now become a Musician Scholar of the Academy.


Sandip Bhattacharjee

Sandip too has become a Musician Scholar of ITC SRA. Congratulations to him.


Kaustuv Kanti Ganguli

Kaustuv Kanti Ganguli's technical papers published at the National Conference, COIN 2011, the International Symposium, FRSM 2012 and at the West Bengal Science & Technology Congress, 2012 have been very well received and have brought him high acclaim. We are proud to announce that this is the very first time that such an achievement has been made by an ITC SRA Scholar. He has also won the 2nd prize at the All India Radio national level competition, 2011 in the Khayal category. Kaustuv, who is currently pursuing his post graduate studies and research in computational modelling of music in Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, has recently presented his paper on 'Kaafi- The Indian thaat explored' during the Indian Musicological Society Conference on ''Music Performance and Musicology'' which was held on January 18, 2013 at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) Mumbai, India. He received a certificate from IMS acknowledging his presentation which was well received by the participating audience.

Kaustuv has also recently been invited by the Faculty of Performing Arts, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda for an invited talk in their National Seminar on "Riyaz in Indian Music", to be held during February 15-16, 2013, to deliver a seminar on Technology application in Music appreciation and learning.

Anindita Deb

Anindita Deb has recently won the 2nd prize both at the All India Radio Competition, 2011 and at the Dover Lane Music Competition, 2011.


Brajeswar Mukherjee

Brajeswar has been awarded the First prize in the Classical Vocal competition organized by the Gaanwardhan Institute, Pune, which has been promoting classical music for more than 30 years.
