The Wednesday Recital of 30th July, 2025, featured two scholars from the Academy, Sayan Sinha and Shadaj Iyer. The first artist was Sayan Sinha, a Scholar with Shri Omkar Dadarkar and Pandit Partha Chatterjee. He began with a vilambit composition in Raga Megh which was followed by two drut compositions set to ektaal and teentaal. Sayan concluded with a composition in Piloo.
The next artist was Shadaj Iyer, a Scholar with Vidushi Subhra Guha. Shadaj began with a vilambit composition in Raga Jhinjhoti which was followed by a teentaal-based composition by Ustad Faiyaz Khan. Next, he delivered another composition set to drut teentaal. Shadaj concluded with a composition in Raga Bhairavi. They were accompanied by Shri Ashoke Mukherjee on the Tabla and Janab Sarwar Hussain on the Sarangi.
